Every Kahgez piece passes a 3-stage authentication — provenance documentation review, material analysis, and an independent appraiser sign-off. You also receive a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Singapore, Australia and Canada. International orders are insured end-to-end.

What if I don't like the piece in person?

You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return, no questions asked. Return shipping is on us for fixed-price pieces.

Can I bid on an auction without an account?

No — we require a verified account so we can authenticate winning bids. Sign-up takes under 60 seconds.

Do you commission custom pieces?

Yes. Our Made-to-Order network spans 200+ ateliers across India. Brief us on the piece and we'll quote within 5 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

All Indian cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI on orders above ₹1,00,000. International cards are accepted via our partner gateway.

How long does delivery take?

Within India: 5–7 working days for Ready-to-Ship pieces. International: 14–21 working days. Made-to-Order lead time is shown on each listing.
